On behalf of a renowned, internationally awarded wine estate in Southern France

Our client is a prestigious biodynamic winery located along the Côte d’Azur, known for its exceptional terroir, top press ratings, and strong presence in fine dining. To strengthen and expand international markets, we are looking for a strategic and passionate Export Manager (m/f/d) with deep appreciation for wine and strong international sales acumen.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement export strategies for key markets (e.g. Europe, North America, Asia)
• Manage existing distributor relationships and identify new international partners
• Represent the estate at international wine fairs, tastings, and trade events
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and winemaking team to align messaging and strategy
• Monitor global trends, pricing, and positioning in the premium wine segment

Your Profile:

• Solid experience in international wine export, ideally with premium or biodynamic wines
• Passion for terroir-driven wines and sustainable viticulture
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) – additional languages are a plus
• Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality and willingness to travel
