Export Manager (m/f/d) – Winery in Southern Spain

On behalf of a well-established winery in the region of Andalusia

Our client is a respected, family-owned winery in Southern Spain, producing high-quality wines with strong regional character. To strengthen and expand its international presence, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Export Manager (m/f/d) to join the team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for international sales, with a focus on Europe, U.S. and Asia…
• Manage and grow relationships with existing importers and key accounts
• Identify and develop new markets, clients, and distribution channels
• Represent the winery at international trade fairs and wine events
• Work closely with the production, marketing, and management team

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in international sales, ideally in the wine or premium food & beverage sector
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Hands-on mentality with a structured and entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages such as German, French are a plus
• Willingness to travel regularly; ideally based in Spain or open to relocation
