We are one of the largest and most modern wineries in Germany, equally known for high-quality branded wines and premium private labels.

We are looking to strengthen our team for our cellars in Bingen, Gau-Bickelheim and Leiwen (flexible period from August to the end of October) with a motivated, reliable and dedicated

Assistant Winemaker (m/f/d)
for the grape harvest 2023

Your tasks:

• reception, analysis, pre-clarification and storage of must
• sensory and analytical monitoring of fermentation
• Tasks in the day-to-day business of the cellars
• Participation in all necessary documentation work

In addition to an appropriate and performance-related salary and the opportunity to work with our renowned winemakers, you will gain intensive insights into winemaking and cellar management and actively participate in the production of wines with the highest quality standards.

You are a trained viticultural technician or wine cooper or have studied viticulture and enology, you are motivated and committed, a team player and able to work under pressure and, of course, bring your passion for wine with you.
