• Would you like to combine your passion and talent as a winemaker with the responsibilities of a managing director?
• Are you not only an excellent winemaker in the cellar, but also have management experience and a talent for sales?
• Do you work independently and responsibly?
• Do you have experience of managing a winery, whether in the cellar, in the field or in the office?
• Are you comfortable with budget responsibility?
• Fluent in Portuguese, English and German?
• Are you willing to relocate to Portugal or already living there?
• Would you like to manage and oversee the construction of a new winery, hospitality & restaurant on site?
• Do you have the confidence to expand the rental of holiday homes at the same time?
